How It Works

After you place your order, your Icon will record a personalized video based on the details you provide. To avoid delays, please include the recipient’s name and the occasion in the Order Notes before checkout — all details must be finalized before payment.

Your completed Shoutout will be emailed to you within 3–5 days of purchase. This is a one‑time purchase and does not include redos, revisions, or additional takes.
