It’s the kind of experience that makes people say, “I never knew this was even possible.” Whether it’s a unique gift, a surprise for a fan, or a dream‑come‑true moment you’ll want to relive again, this is your chance to make it real.

How It Works (Step‑by‑Step)

1. Choose your date and time

Virtual Meet & Greets are available between 1 PM and 5 PM. Before checkout, add your preferred date and time in the Order Notes. Meet & Greets must be scheduled at least 3 days in advance.

2. We confirm your slot

If your chosen time is already booked, we’ll email you an adjusted time as close as possible to your original choice.

3. Receive your Zoom link

Your private Zoom link will be emailed one day before your scheduled call. Please do not share this link with anyone.

4. Join the call early

Please be at least 10 minutes early to prepare your device, audio, and connection. Icons may join 1–2 minutes after the scheduled time depending on availability.

5. Enjoy your 5‑minute session

Each booking includes one 5‑minute live video call. If you are late or miss your time, the call will proceed without extension and with no refund.

Important Reminders

• Recording, screenshots, or screen captures are not permitted unless the Icon gives clear permission.
• Only one device may join the call. Multiple people may appear on camera only if they are physically together in the same room (e.g., birthday surprises, family celebrations).
• Do not share your Zoom link. If additional participants join from other devices or locations, the Icon may immediately end the call with no refund.
• Icons are not required to perform, act, or fulfill specific or suggestive requests.
• Any malicious, illegal, explicit, or disrespectful behavior will result in the immediate termination of the call by the Icon with no refund.
• Please ensure you have a stable internet connection. Technical issues on the customer’s side are not grounds for rescheduling or refunds.
• All sales are final and non‑refundable.
