Hello Ka-Icons! Huge congratulations to everyone who made a sale this week — the momentum is building. And to those who haven’t made a sale yet, stay ready — we’re just getting started and your time is coming. Here’s what’s next:

Weekly Payouts You asked for faster payouts, and we’re making it happen. Starting today, payouts are every Monday. • Sales from Aug 1–9 → Aug 10 payout • Sales from Aug 10–16 → Aug 17 payout. Weekly, predictable, and easier for everyone — helping you receive your cash faster and without delays.

Coupons & Discount Codes Some Icons have requested personal discount codes to share with their supporters — and yes, we can provide them. Just note that any discounts applied through your personal code will be deducted from your total payout. If you want your own code, message me and we’ll set it up.

Crowdfunding Program We’re unlocking a new way for Icons to make an impact. Each Icon will be able to choose their own charity, community project, or personal initiative to support. Minimum donation will be set at: ₱100. Your supporters can help you create something meaningful. Message me for more info.

Iconic Apparel (coming soon) Merch is coming! Icons will have the option to sell official apparel with your own brand identity. Get your logo ready — we’ll take care of production, orders, and shipping. Pricing details to follow.

We also encourage you to promote your own page — more promotions mean more visibility, and more visibility means more sales for you. Hello Ambassadors! I hope you’re as excited as I am for what’s coming! We’re just days away from our grand launch on August 1, and I want to update everyone and help you prepare for our current setup here at iconsPH.

1. YOUR STOREFRONT DESCRIPTIONS

Below are the finalized service descriptions currently displayed on your storefront. Please review them and let me know if you’d like any adjustments.

Digital Autographed Photo with Dedication

For superfans who want something truly personal, this Digital Autographed Photo is a unique keepsake you can treasure forever. Your chosen Icon will sign an official photo and add a short dedication — perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, engagements, congratulations, get‑well messages, or any moment you want to make extra special.

How It Works After completing your purchase, your Icon will sign a high‑quality photo and include the exact name or short dedication you requested. To avoid delays, please include the recipient’s name and your preferred dedication in the Order Notes before checkout — all details must be finalized before payment.

Your signed photo will be emailed to you as a high‑resolution digital file within 3–5 days. This is a one‑time purchase and does not include redos, alternate versions, or additional dedications.

Important Reminders

Icons are not required to write long messages; dedications must be short and simple.

Personalized Fansign Photo

A Fansign gives you a personalized photo of your chosen Icon holding a sign with the name or short message you requested — perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, engagements, congratulations, get‑well messages, or any special moment you want to make more memorable.

How It Works After purchase, your Icon will take a photo holding a sign with the exact name or message you provided. To avoid delays, include the recipient’s name and the short text you want on the sign in the Order Notes before checkout — all details must be finalized before payment.

Your Fansign photo will be emailed within 3–5 days. This is a one‑time purchase and does not include redos, revisions, or alternate versions.

Icons are not required to pose, act, or follow specific instructions beyond holding the sign.
Explicit, inappropriate, or disrespectful text requests will be declined.

Personalized Video Shoutout (20–30 Seconds)

A Shoutout is a simple but unforgettable way to make someone’s day. Whether it’s for a birthday, anniversary, graduation, engagement, congratulations, or a get‑well message, your chosen Icon will record a 20–30 second video greeting created especially for you or someone you want to surprise.

How It Works After placing your order, your Icon will record a personalized video based on the details you provide. To avoid delays, include the recipient’s name and the occasion in the Order Notes before checkout — all details must be finalized before payment.

Your Shoutout will be emailed within 3–5 days. This is a one‑time purchase and does not include redos, revisions, or additional takes.

Icons are not required to follow scripts or perform specific actions beyond a simple greeting.
Explicit, inappropriate, or disrespectful requests will be declined.

Virtual Meet & Greet — 5‑Minute Live Video Call

A Virtual Meet & Greet gives you five full minutes of live, face‑to‑face time with your chosen Icon — a rare, unforgettable experience. Whether it’s a unique gift, a surprise for a fan, or a dream‑come‑true moment, this is your chance to make it real.

How It Works

Meet & Greets are available from 1 PM to 5 PM. Add your preferred schedule in the Order Notes. Sessions must be booked at least 3 days in advance.
We confirm your slot If your chosen time is unavailable, we’ll email you an adjusted schedule as close as possible to your original choice.
Receive your Zoom link Your private Zoom link will be emailed one day before your session. Please do not share this link.
Join early Be ready at least 10 minutes early to check your device, audio, and connection. Icons may join 1–2 minutes after the scheduled time.
Enjoy your 5‑minute session Each booking includes one 5‑minute call. If you are late or miss your time, the call will proceed without extension and with no refund.

Important Reminders

Recording or screenshots are not allowed unless the Icon gives clear permission.
Only one device may join the call. Multiple people may appear only if they are physically together.
Do not share your Zoom link. Unauthorized participants may result in immediate termination with no refund.
Icons are not required to perform or fulfill specific or suggestive requests.
Any malicious, explicit, or disrespectful behavior will result in immediate termination with no refund.
Please ensure a stable internet connection; technical issues on the customer’s side are not grounds for rescheduling or refunds.
All sales are final and non‑refundable.

2. RATES & PROFILE

Minimum rate for any service is ₱1,000. Review your current rates and let me know if adjustments are needed.
You may reach out anytime for changes to your banner, profile photo, or bio.

3. PAYMENT & TRANSACTIONS

iconsPH currently accepts e‑wallet payments via GCash.

After purchase, clients will receive an email receipt from iconsPH.
IconsPH will contact you through your preferred communication channel within the same day to begin working on the purchased service. While the description states 3–5 days, completing it sooner is ideal.
Email your final output to hello@icons.ph.
Ambassador payouts will be sent during the first week of the following month.
As previously discussed, IconsPH will receive a fixed percentage commission on your monthly gross sales.

4. SCAMS & FRAUD

While unavoidable, we can minimize issues with proper verification.

Ask clients for proof of purchase (receipt, screenshots).
Our current checkout system requires clients to manually enter the iconsPH GCash number — this is the most common cause of failed transactions.
For Virtual Meet & Greets, I highly recommend recording your session for your own security and proof of availability.
If a client reports a failed transaction, direct them to our help page and create a ticket at icons.ph.

5. WHAT YOU CAN DO NOW

As we approach launch day, you may:

Start promoting your storefront “icons.ph/yourname” on your social media channels to build hype and excitement.
Save copies of completed services and use them as content for your social media channels.
Download Zoom in preparation for Virtual Meet & Greets.
prepare a high‑resolution photo of yourself along with a stylus pen to ensure easy and clean digital autograph writing.
Follow our official social media platforms @iconsphofficial on Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Threads and Youtube.
